We are committed to following all requirements regarding client confidentiality, privacy and security as set out by the Health Information Act (HIA) and in accordance with both the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta and Chiropractic College of Alberta.

Collection of private health information is required to provide healthcare within our clinic. It is our duty to collect only information required to perform these services including; name, contact information, healthcare number, medical history, and insurance details.

All information collected is encrypted and stored securely. Your private information is only released to authorized individuals with your written consent, unless required to do so by law as outlined in part 5 of the HIA. A full copy of our Privacy Policy is available by request.
